Objectives

  • To publish institute, faculty and institute achievements and activities on website/newspapers/institute for stakeholders information.
  • To provide learning platform to the students by organizing guest lectures, events through online streaming platform like Facebook live, YouTube live and twitter.

Mechanism

 

Media cell is the mediator between public and institute. The cell aims to popularize the image of ADCBP in public on a variety of platforms. The committee has earned a series of achievements in the past one year, which include newspaper articles, College news, Media report, numerous corporate interviews, extensive coverage of events on social media and improved relationships with print, television and digital media. For any kind of media publication, it should be forwarded through the head of the institution.

Roles and Responsibilities

 
  • Build positive relations with stakeholders, media and the public.
  • Media cell update information and submit review report (Brochures, videos, social media posts etc.) on regular basis.
  • Media cell maintains related accounts in the Social/Public media.
  • Publish the activities of the institute, various department. Etc.
  • A Media cell head manages all the social media channels of an organization.
  • Use printing media and social media for the wider publicity of institute and organization.
  • To publish information of lectures, guest lectures, events etc.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases achievements.
  • To ensure advertising strategies fit within the budget.
  • To prepare estimated budget for promotion throughout the academic year.
