Objectives
The IPR Cell aims to conduct and execute different activities for the students and staff with following objectives :
- To recognize the importance of IPR and to educate the Students on basic concepts of Intellectual Property Rights.
- To provide a platform to showcase and to take their idea/ innovation forward to a logical conclusion.
- To provide assistance to faculty members, and students of ADCBP in assessing the patentability and commercial potential of their inventions
Mechanism
Roles and Responsibilities
- The Chairman of the IPR CELL shall have the power to call a meeting of the Intellectual Property right committee.
- Organizing workshops, conferences and symposia based on intellectual property rights
- The minutes of the meetings of the committee shall be written by the member secretary.
- Action taken report of previous meeting shall be prepared by the member secretary and be presented on next meeting.
- After the end of Academic Year Member secretary shall submit a Report to the IPR Committee
