To provide formal platform for the students to judge the extents of learning outcomes (knowledge, skills & attitude) they have attained.
To set out uniform codes of conduct for each official engaged in connection with examinations held at institution.
To conduct all types of examinations in Institution smoothly and therefore make all other arrangements connected therewith.
To keep vigil on all aspects of the conduct of examination and see that the cases of malpractice, copying and impersonation etc. occurring in the examinations are duly booked and reported to Head of the Institution with relevant documents.

Fairness of internal/external assessment
Absence in internal exams due to genuine health/other reasons or participation in extra/co-curricular events
Improvement in sessional exams marks (failed subjects in next semester)
Correction in name, photograph or other details in Marklist

Revaluation of marks, photocopy of university exams etc
